The following conditions apply to all trade on xjewellery.com:
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Denmark: Shipping cost: DKK 50. FREE shipping on orders above DKK 300.
Orders above DKK 1000 will be shipped with Parcel Service (pakkepost) and can be expected within 1-4 business days after dispatch from warehouse. Orders below DKK 1000 will be shipped as a letter and can be expected within 2-5 business days after dispatch from warehouse. Orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Scandinavia: Shipping cost: EUR 7. FREE shipping on orders above EUR 80.
Orders above EUR 80 will be shipped with UPS and can be expected within 2-4 business days after dispatch from warehouse. Please note that a signature will be required at delivery. Orders below EUR 80 will be shipped with Postnord and can be expected within 5-7 business days after dispatch from warehouse. Orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.
All other countries: Shipping cost: EUR 7 / USD 7 / AUD 9 / GBP 6 / CAD 9 . FREE shipping on orders above EUR 80 / USD 90 / AUD 150 / GBP 70 / CAD 110.
Orders above EUR 80 / USD 90 / AUD 150/ GBP 70 / CAD 110 will be shipped with UPS and can be expected within 2-4 business days after dispatch from warehouse. Please note that a signature will be required at delivery. Orders below EUR 80 / USD 90 / AUD 150/ GBP 70 / CAD 110 will be shipped with Postnord and can be expected within 7-12 business days after dispatch from warehouse. Orders are shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.
We deliver to the entire world except Russia. Please confirm your local custom regulations before placing your orders, to ensure that orders from Denmark are accepted. Some countries collect import fee at delivery after declaration – kindly note that this is at own expense. Further information on this can be required at your local tax office.
We offer payments with Credit Card such as VISA, Master Card and American Express.
All purchases made on this website can be returned for an exchange provided the return slip corresponds to the registered purchaser within 30 days of delivery. (Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded until January 10th).
We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 6 days of us receiving it. Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.
The warranty is based on the country of fulfillment, which is based on the orders delivery addess.
Items fulfilled and shipped from Denmark are subject to a 2-year warrantee (due to Danish retailer laws) against defect and will be exchanged within this period of time.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
Please pack your order, enclose the returns form and place it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”returned items”. We recommend insurance for safe arrival.
Please assist us by indicating the reason for the return or exchange on the returns form found at the bottom of your packing slip.

If you wish to exchange an item purchased from a retailer, you will need to contact the retailer where the purchase was made or alternatively the distributor in your country.

All prices on xjewellery.com are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to provide you the most accurate information on our website, but occasionally, one or more products may be mispriced. If this happens by either a typographical, technical, or photographic error, X Jewellery A/S have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
When we notice any discrepancies, you will be contacted.
