Exchange and Return

 

OUR GUARANTEE

The warranty is based on the country of fulfillment, which is based on the orders delivery addess. Items fulfilled and shipped from Denmark are subject to a 2-year warrantee (due to Danish retailer laws) against defect and will be exchanged within this period of time.

This means that you can return products that have faults or imperfections within two years from the date of purchase, given that these are not caused by improper use of the product.

 

HOW TO RETURN ORDERS

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All purchases can be returned for an exchange, provided the return slip corresponds to the registered purchaser within 30 days of delivery. (Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded until January 10th).

We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 6 days of us receiving it.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.

Please pack your order, enclose the returns form and place it in a protective envelope/package. Please mark the parcel with ”returned items”. We recommend insurance for safe arrival.

Assist us by indicating the reason for the return or exchange on the returns form found at the bottom of your packing slip. Mail returns to:

US CUSTOMERS

All purchases made on this website are eligible for a free return within 30 days of delivery. Simply use the pre-paid label enclosed included with your shipment and return the items to us in new, unused condition.

We are not able to process exchanges at this time. Please return your items and place a reorder, or contact our customer care team and they can assist you with ordering your new items.

Please complete the return form (including reason for return) and package the items in a shipping box or envelope with sufficient protective material to defend against damage during shipping. Please note RETURN on the package and attach the pre-paid return label that was included with your original shipment.

Should you choose to use a different shipping method, please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping or insurance charges incurred. While not required, we recommend adding shipping insurance to ensure safe arrival. Please send package to:

We will refund the value of the returned item and any taxes charged within 6 days of your return reaching our NJ facility. Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable. In the event we made an error on your order, all charges are eligible for refund.

Unfortunately we are not able to process exchanges at this time. Please submit items for a return, and place a new order for the items you would like instead. We apologize for any inconvenience.
